LA VILLA
La Villa our Italian style farmhouse, is quite simply home. We call it La Villa because as soon as you step into the entrance courtyard complete with fountain, roses and vine covered walls, you step into another world. A world of Tuscan holidays and warm Mediterranean summers. Our family all gather here whenever we can. Celebrations around the feasting table with pizzas fresh from the wood fired oven, late night drinks in the cellar, or just quiet conversation in the library have created memories that are palpable as you wander through the spaces.
La Villa is surrounded by secret vine covered walkways, outdoor courtyards and seating areas which connect the house to its diverse and exotic gardens. Hedges of rosemary, lavender, and roses exude the perfumes of the Italian countryside. The gardens around the pond provide a lush tropical and romantic backdrop, whilst a prehistoric world awaits in the cactus garden. Further afield citrus, avocado and coffee trees as well as more exotic fruits such as guavas, lychee and sapotes thrive in their own magnificent orchard with distant views to the Pacific ocean.
LOCATION HIRE
The vast selection of tuscan courtyard spaces, textured rendered walls, extensive gardens, and our wood panelled library make the perfect location for photoshoots, filming or hosting a special event such as an elopement, corporate lunch, or a family celebration.
Please note we do not offer accommodation at La Villa.

La Villa offers an authentic Mediterranean feel. Rendered walls, creeping vines, diverse gardens and luxurious interiors are just some of the textural backdrops that are available. Whether you are seeking romance, simplicity, luxury or nature, the opportunity for photoshoots and filming are limited only by your imagination.
The whole of La Villa including the home, gardens and the orchard can be hired on a full day (10 hour) or more basis. Alternatively, we offer the hire of the outside of La Villa only. This includes full use of the gardens, orchard and outdoor courtyard spaces. This option is available for a full day and may be available for a half day (5hrs) on application.

events
La Villa hosts a variety of intimate daytime events including elopements, corporate lunches and family celebrations. Our outdoor event space is set in the central tuscan courtyard overlooking our sculptural cactus gardens and the hills of the hinterland. The space is equipped with an under-cover dining area and authentic Sicilian wood fire pizza oven, large enough to cater for an entire Mediterranean feast.
We provide the location for the event only, all other details of the event itself must be organised by the hirer. Please note we have a maximum number of 30 guests for all events.

OUR LOCATION
La Villa is located a short 20 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Byron Bay, 7 minutes from the quaint Newrybar village and is just 15 minutes from the coastal town, Lennox Head.
Getting to La Villa is easy, only a 15 minute drive from the Ballina Airport.
